Brian Grier has been in residential construction in Georgia for over 10 years, primarily in the Atlanta and Columbus markets, and has recently begun building in Alabama. Brian’s partner and father, John Grier, has been in the industry for over 25 years. Founding Brian Grier, Inc. in 1995, the younger Grier wanted to bring a fresh and innovative approach to residential construction in the Columbus area.

Now a successful custom home builder and developer, Brian has established himself as a local leader in home building industry. As president of the Greater Columbus Home Builders Association, he successfully worked with local government officials to improve zoning requirements in Columbus to allow for more family-friendly housing. He currently is a member of the Executive Board where he continues his efforts to improve the home building industry for buyers and builders alike.

Brian Grier, Inc. is willing and able to undertake different types of construction to satisfy our customer’s requirements. We build in communities ranging from first-time home buyers to luxury custom homes priced in the millions. We are able to bring a wealth of knowledge from many different types of markets to the home building process of each individual customer.
